The best advice for anyone just starting is to accept that there is no pressure, no hurry and nothing wrong with you if you don’t feel anything for a while when working on your chakras. Some people are more sensitive to feeling energy move, and some are less sensitive, but this has no impact on how any healing occurs.

Healing is not about feeling anything, but by allowing yourself to welcome the energy to flow where it will serve you best, whether you feel it or not.
